We ship all product orders via UPS GROUND, FREE OF CHARGE, unless otherwise requested (please note - delivery charges may apply for air freight). UPS does not deliver to PO boxes. We send all customer support literature via USPS.

You can expect the mats and controls to be delivered via UPS GROUND FREE OF CHARGE in the continental US to their destination within 2-5 business days from the ship date.
